PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This seminar will examine the status of innovative endoscopic procedures for a range of advanced gastrointestinal problems. The lectures will offer reasoning for when practitioners should encourage patients to embrace these options rather than choosing conservative management.
 
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
  • Discuss endoscopic therapies for pancreaticobiliary disease, available options, and comparative outcomes
  • Review current management of chronic pancreatitis
  • Discuss endoscopic options for the treatment of dysphagia
  • Discuss the process of development, sustainability, and incorporation of endoscopic innovation in clinical practice
