Submit a GI Image/Video of the Month

Instructions for Submission of a GI Image or Video Case for Posting on NYSGE Website:

What to submit
An endoscopic image and/or brief pre-edited video clip (maximal length of video: 30 seconds) of an interesting endoscopic case "unknown." *(please remove all patient identifiers from submitted materials)

Provide following information along with GI image/video submission:

• Name of contributor
  
• Institution
  
• Contact information (ie telephone #, email address)
  
• Brief, 1 sentence “Clinical history”, which will be posted alongside of submitted unknown image/video on front page of website
  
• Brief, 1-2 paragraph description of “Clinical course” and a 1 line final “Diagnosis” to be posted on answer page, which viewer links to from front page of website
  

Selection of submitted GI images/videos, and timing of those cases chosen for posting:
Submitted GI images/videos will be chosen for posting on website based on content, quality, and topicality of GI issue/disorder. For those selected cases, date/month of posting will be based on current volume of case submissions.

*(Final decisions regarding case selections/timing of postings will be at the discretion of the NYSGE Executive Council)
