Dues Payment Options for Active Members

Online with Credit Card Payment
  • Log-in to this website at left (contact us at info@nysge.org for assistance)
  • From the My Profile screen, click on Membership Renewal on the left side menu
  • Click Next, then enter your Directory categories, if desired, then click Next
  • Enter your credit card information and click Accept and Complete
  • The payment screen includes an option to automatically renew membership each year; please verify your preference
Automatic Renewal by Credit Card
Credit cards on file will be charged on December 31, for those who have previously selected the automatic renewal option. Please be sure that your credit card information is up-to-date and that the card on file is not expired.

Mail-In with Check Payment
  • Make check payable to NYSGE
  • Include your name and invoice number in the memo section of your check
  • Mail your check and a copy of your invoice to our management service:
      NYSGE c/o Digestive HealthWorks, LLC

      Downers Grove, IL 60515

How to Check if Your Dues Payment Has Been Received
  • Log-in to this website at left (contact us at info@nysge.org for assistance)
  • At the upper left hand side of the My Profile screen, check the Your Membership Expires date
  • If your dues have been received and posted, the Your Membership Expires date should be 12/31/This Year

Membership Renewal for Trainees

Fellows and other trainees do not need to renew their memberships. However, please check to be sure your membership expiration date coincides with the year in which your fellowship ends.

How to Check if Your Membeship Expiration Date Is Correct
  • Log-in to this website at left (contact us at info@nysge.org for assistance)
  • At the upper left hand side of the My Profile screen, check the Your Membership Expires date
  • The year of expiration should match the year in which your fellowship ends (i.e. 12/31/2019, 12/31/2020, 12/31/2021, etc.
  • If the year of expiration is incorrect, please contact us at info@nysge.org
