You’ll be at the center of the entire program, bypass travel delays due to weather and traffic congestion, and help NYSGE to meet its obligations to the hotel.

During the conference, the city will be ablaze with color for the holiday season, offering a wonderful opportunity to combine an outstanding educational experience with the splendor of New York at holiday time.

Rates and Room Availability
This year there is an Early Bird rate of $350 per night plus tax (currently 14.75%) plus $3.50 occupancy fee for rooms booked by Monday, October 17, 2022, based on availability. After that and until the cutoff date of November 28, 2022, the rate is $390 per night plus applicable taxes and fees.

Rooms are limited and the $350 Early Bird rate or the $390 regular rate may sell out before November 28, 2022. Group rates will not be available after this date, but the hotel will do its best to accommodate you at prevailing rates.

Parking Information
Parking is not included in the registration fee. Parking is available at the Marriott and in numerous parking garages in the Times Square area.
