Attending Physicians and Fellows in Gastroenterology
Gastroenterologists are frequently exposed to interesting and difficult cases. Presentation and large group discussion of such cases can expose many more physicians to complex cases and improve knowledge and patient management. In this program, up to eight interesting, unusual, or otherwise challenging cases will be presented by NYSGE fellows and discussed by attendees. All accepted presentations will be considered for the Endoscopic Video Forum at the 2021 Annual New York Course in December
. Those selected will be notified by November 1, 2021.
- Outline the endoscopic evaluation, findings and treatment of challenging cases
- Analyze the associated radiologic and/or pathologicfindings associated with these cases
- Discuss the clinical presentation, endoscopic management, and follow-up of thesecases
Call for Presentations
Submit your interesting, unusual, or otherwise challenging cases for the Howard J. Eddy Jr., MD Fellows Intracity Rounds on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. The submission deadline is Wednesday, September 22, 2021. Preference is given to cases in which the submitting fellow played a significant role.
Please Note: Program slots cannot be held for any institution. To be considered, an abstract and all required supporting information must be submitted by September 22, 2021.
