Submit your interesting, unusual, or otherwise challenging cases for the Howard J. Eddy Jr., MD Fellows Intracity Rounds on Thursday, October 17, 2019. The submission deadline is Thursday, September 26, 2019.
Preference will be given to cases in which the submitting fellow played a significant role.
Program slots cannot be held for any institution. To be considered, an abstract and all required supporting information must be submitted by September 26, 2019
Presentations will be scored by NYSGE attending members and endoscopy program directors present at the event. The fellow presenting the highest scoring case will be recognized at the 2020 NYSGE Annual Dinner and receive an award.

- Name of presenting fellow*
- Name of institution

*All presenters must be members of NYSGE. Membership is complimentary for fellows, but a brief application
