Clinical research is crucial to furthering our understanding of gastroenterology. Digestive Disease Week is gastroenterology's premier research conference. The NYSGE DDW Research Preview Forum provides fellows with an opportunity to practice their research presentations and receive feedback from those in attendance. Presentations will be scored by NYSGE attending members and endoscopy program directors present at the event. The fellow with the highest scoring presentation will be acknowledged at the 2019 NYSGE Annual Dinner and receive and award.
After attending this program, participants will be able to:
1. Discuss new research projects/protocols before publication
2. Recognize opportunities to present ongoing research
3. Debate research protocols and methods with authors of the projects
